Assam Curry Fish Head

When you cook assam curry fish head remember to fry all the ingredients until fragrant first before add in the fish. So that the fish won't be overcook.

i prefer more vege like ladies finger. but do you use those indian spice??is it ready mix and avaiable in supermarket?

I use indian spice cos my housemate is an indian. I always use her ingredients cos not worth if i buy i just use a bit..You can put any vege you like.. I didnt cos Im the only one who eat vege at home.
