Curry Chicken

Cook this dish need a lot of ingredients especially all the spices. I usually will cook a whole chicken so that the extra can keep in the fridge. The next day will be tastier. For me, I will prepare 3 container for the extra to keep in the freezer.

Winter Melon Mushroom Soup

Long time I didnt cook soup. Today I bought a part of winter melon and some chicken then put in the mushrooms which I always keep in the kitchen together with some red dates and cooked it for 3 hours...Its best especially hot day. Winter melon can help to reduce excess body heat.

Ginkgo Barli

I imported the dried beancurd from Ipoh in order to make this dessert because the shop in Lahad Datu sells the one which cannot dissolve in hot water. But just a bit take time to take out the ginkgo from its shells. So I prepared the ingredients last night and put all the stuff into the slow cooker this morning. See, can enjoy a nice dessert...

Thai Pandan Chicken Wings

Marinate the chicken wings with some Tom Yam paste, pounded garlic and ginger together with some flour then set aside for 1 hour. After that, wrap with pandan leaves and fry until cook. Finally, you can taste this Thai food. ( Can add cilli powder if you like spicy )
