Claypot Chicken Rice
This food is famous in west Malaysia. Its taste good when you put an egg on the top just right after you off the fire and close the lit by a few minutes. Served HOT!
I love to cook. Your dishes look wonderful. I've been cooking since I was twelve years old...now I am enjoying the nostalgia of food and the rhythms food creates in our families. Best Wishes.
